Job Description

As part of the Growth Hack Team, you’ll join a global team working on customer acquisition and modernizing the marketing organizations of leading clients to develop best in class digital marketing, loyalty  and personalization capabilities. You will help drive customer value in new and exciting ways leveraging digital channels, data, analytics, marketing technology, and agile marketing operating models. Typically you will work on projects across all industries and will be fully integrated with the rest of the organization.  You’ll work with colleagues from across CX Marketing to help our clients launch agile marketing, loyalty and personalization programs at scale, enabled by data and technology. You’ll have the opportunity to plug into exciting large scale marketing and digital transformations. You will also work with customer prospect executives on developing industry best marketing strategies that leverage appropriate data, decisioning, design and delivery technologies.   You will apply your distinctive level of subject matter expertise to develop and deliver specific performance marketing strategies and programs that accelerate customer acquisition and customer value across channels.  You will work directly with the Product Ambassador team to conduct assessments of client capabilities and performance, playing a significant role in daily team problem solving and translating diagnostics into actionable insights.  You will also contribute to the strategies and solutions for marketing technology.

 

       Who you are\:

• Senior current or ex marketers at well known brands, senior strategists at large agencies who have actually played the role and understand the Martech/Ad-Tech ecosystem

Able to engage in C level discussions, and talk about products, solutions, industry, trends etc. without a PowerPoint.

Needs to have the ability to inspire confidence in our strategy, products and company

• Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing topics across various verticals

Collaborates with and supports Account Managers and provides specialist expertise within the sales team.

Drives proactive campaigns to build the pipeline, uses specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities.

May have named accounts allocated, cover a designated geography, or may be allocated to one high-potential, competitive attack account.

Be a trusted partner to customers and prospects, build positive relationships, drive adoption of CX Marketing Cloud Products.

Champion innovation sharing best practices and new ways customers can use  Oracle CX Marketing solutions to advance their digital maturity

Be the voice of the customer internally at CX Marketing– sharing process improvements and asks back into the internal ecosystem

Enjoys working at a fast pace and has unbridled curiosity to experiment


!|!Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
