We are looking for a Senior Consultant with a proven business development background to grow our business in China.

A Day in the Life:
? Deliver excellent consultant services and build relationship with clients
? Manage business development activities of the local entity to ensure continuous growth and achieving group-set goals
? Strategic planning of local entity’s financial and content goals; including staffing and project growth
? Lead and develop a large team of consultants and engineers by mentoring local team managers and cultivating the parent company culture and network
? Drive new opportunities and client expansion through industry leadership
? Maintain key client relationships while continuously developing new clients and business
? Provide strategic direction of company focus and growth areas to the local team while facilitating knowledge base build-up
? Represent parent company in the region by attending key marketing events
? Ensure local company project deliverables and serve as the ultimate client escalation point
? Manage and oversee local administrative operations (e.g. Legal, HR, Accounting, etc.)
? Maintain close communication with parent company team
? Optimize organizational setup for the local company business and manage the financial interface with parent company

What You Have:

? Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree - Engineering or Business Management, Master’s Degree – Preferred
? Strong entrepreneurial spirt, result-oriented, team player, positive attitude, highly motivated self-starter
? Consulting background in automotive or aviation preferred
? 8+ years of experience with demonstrated track record of success in team management, consulting and/or strategic business development in China
? Proven ability to interact and communicate with C-level executives
? Must possess strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese – additional languages are a plus
? Experience working with service delivery platforms, business delivery systems, and vehicle component systems
? Develop the ability of others to perform and contribute by providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods
? Ability and experience to work in an international environment
? Strong people management and development skills
