JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS:

1. The position is setup to develop products that meet the requirement of local customers/markets.

2. understand very well what customer require and convert the requirement to specific technical specification. The development work should meet the timeline agreed.

3. The candidate will time as soon as possible.

4. work closely with manufacturing site to solve the production issues while starting the trial batches.

5. provide on-site technical visit to continuously improve the product.

6. understand very well PPG policy on raw material management.

Requires:

1. 5 years’ experience in paint-related lab or manufacturing plant is required.

2. Thorough knowledge of Refinish or LIC product and process is preferred.

3. A sound knowledge of paint technology and manufacturing process is mandatory.

4. Good statistics knowledge for production and quality control

5. Good PC skills and command of MS Office application.

6. Good communication skills.

7. Good command of written and spoken English.

8. Be able to continue studying new knowledge.
