1. Overall responsible for supplier performance and relationship 2. Create and implement action plans together with suppliers to delivers Category Plan 3. Lower total cost at supplier level through optimising value chain 4. Partner with suppliers to continuously increase the competitiveness through new purchasing possibilities

* At least 8 years of purchasing/procurement/sourcing experience with good potential to be developed * Strong influence power, good business sense, open-minded and a quick learner * Enable to handle complicated people situation & lead production engineer and SP in a good way * Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
