Job Functions
- The job setting is to relentlessly identify and develop profitable growth opportunities and expand market share in China INDUSTRY market
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
- Segment Marketing and BD strategy: Conduct deep analysis of China INDUSTRY market and application; and assist in defining segment strategy plan; Implement segment business plan with different stakeholders across the whole value chain;
- New Product: According to the market and application analysis, identify the offering gap of existing product portfolio and work with internal team to ensure offer readiness for China market, including develop dedicated product for China; localize global product for China; and ensure the business case, right Go-To-Market and launching tools ready;
- New market entry: Identify new customer segment and work with sales to define the right offering and market entry strategy;
- New Business Model: Explore novel ways of generating value for the customer and transform that into revenue streams. Topics could cover but not limited to: External alliance and partnership; Omni-Channel; smart offering and digital customer experience; Solution & Service; TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) optimization by new monetization mode;
- Segment Communication: Present the INDUSTRY segment as representative from China BD in different internal and external events;
Qualification and Experience
- B. Sc /M. Sc.in Engineering; Marketing or business administration;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BD, strategic marketing, product marketing or similar functions in an industry environment;
- Experience industry segment is highly preferred;
- Experience in System/Solution Project Management is a plus;
