Job Summary:

This person manages and oversees the Learning & Performance program at the Louisville Distribution Center Operations. The individual in this position is expected to assist with development of L&P strategies and implement systems that support business needs of the site, partner with key clients at the leadership level and ensure appropriate L&P solutions to client groups.  The Sr. Associate supply Chain L&P understands the site and global L&P operations business needs.

Primary objectives:

  • Assist with the design, creation, production, and delivery of training materials that introduce new or revised business processes/procedures, controlled documents, and systems to staff
  • Deliver introductory-level training sessions
  • Assist with the initial creation of eLearning materials
  • With direction, create courses, materials, and supportive items (e.g., quick reference cards, handouts, etc.)
  • Gain global L&P input and implement at site level, as applicable
  • Coordinate production of training materials
  • Collaborate with application business owner for training delivery, support, problem identification, project plans, testing
  • Assist with course evaluation and analysis of outcomes
  • Maintain compliant training records and prepare for regulatory inspections and audits
  • Identify and report operational issues and L&P improvement opportunities to leadership, and propose solutions and assist in addressing
  • Train staff in basic cGMP functions, and other functions (as applicable).
  • May monitor work processes to ensure compliance and successful completion of L&P metric targets
  • May review department's standard operation procedures, training materials to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Manage Deviations, CAPA’s, Training Impact Assessments (TIA)
  • Collaborate with Leadership team and Quality Unit to ensure compliance with L&P requirements
  • Participate on L&P network meetings

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree OR         
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Supply Chain or Operations related experience OR
  • Associate’s degree and 6 years of Supply Chain or Operations related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of industry requirements (GMP, GDP)
  • Ability to liaise/communicate effectively and easily with cross-functional teams and different cultures
  • Ability to develop innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis
  • Experienced with data diagnostics, discovery, modeling, and visualization (i.e., Tableau, Excel)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal
  • Self-leadership and motivation
  • High personal integrity
