JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Conducted necessary analytical tests and retests to make sure all the RIs used by the regional R&D center are within the spec;
? Develop and utilize new analytical techniques suitable to the advancement of Avon marketing initiatives and resolution of development and manufacturing issues;
? Work closely with the product development group to set the new product specification and related analytical methods.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? This position requires a Ph.D. or a MS degree in analytical chemistry or the related discipline with industrial laboratory experience:
? MS with 2+ years of experience;
? Ph. D (preferred with industrial experience.);
? The successful candidate will demonstrate superior technical, communication and leadership skills. Experience with analysis of cosmetic/personal care formulations is preferred. Extensive knowledge and experience on modern chromatography (GC and HPLC) is a must.
