What this job involves:

?Responsible for comprehensive research of assigned property sector(s), including data collection, data clean-up, data analysis, market trend forecast, report writing and internal/external presentation

Who we are looking for:

?Solid working experience in ArcGIS and Python is required; Application development experience on ArcGIS or front-end web development experience is a plus;

拥有使用ArcGIS和Python的工作经验, 拥有ArcGIS应用开发或网页前端开发经验者优先考虑

?Strong in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word is required; Experience in Photoshop or similar software is a plus

?Extensive experience in one or more programming languages or econometrics analysis tools is a plus

?A bachelor degree or above in urban-planning, GIS or related discipline from accredited universities is required

?Professional English and Chinese report writing, communication and presentation skills
