The Field Planning & Analytics Sr. Analyst has three primary responsibilities: Sales force territory alignment and placement maintenance Call Plan Operations, including managing the Targeting and Planning (TAP) Tool process and the SPRINT Call Plan Roll Forward Tool Coordinating the annual ABS approval process In tandem with those responsibilities, the Field Planning & Analytics Sr. Analyst is expected to: Develop a deep understanding of department level processes, business rules, data sets, policies, and interdependencies across Sales Operations and Business Technology Solutions (BTS) departments. Become proficient with Javelin sales force mapping tool, the Call Plan Roll Forward Engine, PPT, Excel and other tools. Sustain productive work environment thru open communication and collaboration. Demonstrate strong communication skills Assist in the development and delivery of appropriate training sessions related to Alignment Maintenance and Targeting and Planning (TAP) Tool Implementation. Skills / Qualities Needed: Problem-solving orientation Must exhibit proficiency commensurate with grade in the following competencies: adaptability, teamwork, initiative, innovation, integrity, analytical, drive for results, and communication. Knowledge of a variety of PC programs (including, but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint) that can solve various problems. Demonstrated database and project management skills. Programming language experience preferred (i.e. SAS, R, SQL, Snowflake) Travel: Estimated 10% Travel Example: Occasional National/Regional Sales Meetings as necessary Qualifications • BA, BS degree required. BA/BS required to ensure effective understanding and application of business concepts. • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211, cGMP). • 1+ years analytical and/or related operations experience required, preferably in the healthcare industry.
