What this job involves:

?Responsible for comprehensive research of assigned property sector(s), including data collection, data clean-up, data analysis, market trend forecast, report writing and internal/external presentation

?Work with a supervisor to manage and maintain Research team’s various databases

Who we are looking for:

?Strong in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required, extensive experience in one or more programming languages or econometrics analysis tools is a plus

熟练使用MS Excel, PowerPoint和Word, 掌握一门或多门编程语言或计量经济分析工具优先考虑

?A bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Applied Mathematics or related discipline from accredited universities is required, and a Master degree would be preferred

?Professional Chinese and English report writing, communication and presentation skills
