Responsibilities
- To lead SSRC team to provide quality sports and recreation activities, and wellbeing programmes in promoting work life balance and staff engagement
- To design and lead the Bank's Volunteer programme with positive impact within the community and to promote employer brand and staff engagement
- To prepare the budget of Staff Sports and Recreation Club and other corporate staff relations activities and the related expenses reports
- To oversee the operations of the BEA corporate teams and the smooth operations of the corporate gymnasium
- To drive Bank-wide communication by coordinating the smooth and timely publication of BEA Staff Newsletters
- To manage and administer the staff privileges scheme, prepare long service/retirement awards and support other special projects as required
Requirements
- University graduate in Sports and Recreation, Communications, Social Sciences or related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years' working experience in sports and recreation, club management, volunteer activity or corporate social responsibility programme
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Be a fast learner and an excellent team player, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines
- Good project management and analytical skills
- PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
(Candidates with less experience will be consider for the position of Assistant Sports & Recreation Manager)
