Adventure Sports Academy (ASA) is planning to expand regionally with our sports services and business. We are now looking for a Sports Consultant/Advisor with international knowledge of sports in coaching, marketing to help the Academy grow and develop ASA's coaching curriculum in order to meet the regional needs.

In this position, he/she is required to:

• Refine the current sports coaching curriculum for the Academy
• Deliver a well-structured and high-quality coaching programme for the Academy in line with the technical programme and philosophy.
• Act as an ambassador for Adventure Sports Academy
  

• Contribute to both the short and long-term planning of ASA programmes & events locally and regionally.
• Ensure safe, fun and enriching experiences for all children and parents.

• Needs to be authoritative but also fun for the kids to be around.

• Previous work experience with young children is a great advantage.

Qualifications:

• Global sports business experience
• Minimum degree graduated
• Internatioal top sports coaching license
  
• More than 5 years coaching experience (Reference required), and
  
• More than 5 years managerial experience in sports business
