(a) Responsibility for ensuring Rockfon ® acoustic ceiling panels as well as Chicago Metallic ® ceiling suspension grid systems are specified in key projects across the various territories through close working relationships with major architectural firms as well as interior design companies.

(b) Developing key SYSTEM specification statements for Rockfon ® acoustic ceiling panels and Chicago Metallic ® ceiling grids in order to facilitate system specifications to differentiate Rockfon ® products from competitors

(c) Liaisons with professional architectural associations across the various territories to organize technical seminars / exhibitions

(d) Ownership of key account relationships for key specifier accounts across the various territories. Key accounts are defined as those companies who have operations in two or more countries in the Rockfon Asia geographical footprint.

(e) Project Pipeline Management

• continual identification of new projects at design/conceptual stage either through field contacts or project tracking services;

• Ownership in “nurturing” key regional projects in the upstream pipeline through specification work and monitoring until successfully specified and tendered out before handing project follow up responsibilities to the relevant sales managers

• Key regional projects are defined as projects which:

• Exceeds 30,000m2

• Have sales value chain stakeholders in more than two countries

• Landmark projects – defined as high profile, high visibility projects

(f) Ownership of all global key accounts and projects for Asia as outlined by the International Key Account Manager.

(g) Channel Support (in conjunction with relevant sales managers)

• Providing technical support to distributors in terms of design and/or detailing advice;

• Product application training

• Providing first line response to customer complaints

(h) Team Development

• Recruiting and filling all key specification positions within Asia

• Provide coaching and mentoring on specification techniques

• Acting as a technical resource for the Asia specification team

• Provide specification / product training.
