Responsibilities:

• Daily check the dealers' payment status: check the payment information in SAP after receiving Finance's email notification; release the new cars in VLS system.

• Monitor the trucking capacity and transportation to the dealers: secure enough trucking capacity with all trucking vendors; make effort to deliver the cars to the dealers timely without damage.

• Monitor compound capacity and warehousing handling: keep enough compound capacity for regular shipments; urgently source the backup compound for peak time and support storage program.

• KPI monitoring and Payment settlement: monthly verify the KPI required in vehicle logistics service agreement; settle with vendors for trucking and warehousing service.

• Update of tracing time: daily upload the tracing time to internal system.

• Port Action: coordinate the recovery of new car breakdown in port before delivery to the dealers.

• Routine dealers' damage cases handling: coordinate with logistics vendor, aftersales colleagues and Porsche Germany colleague to deal with the dealers' cases; timely settlement in E-flow system after clam documents available.

• Damage cases analysis

• Summarize the reason and responsible party: Keep quick response to dealers; Optimize the claim process and speed up the settlement for dealers.

• Preparation of presentation documents for workshop, conference and project; support or coordinate internal workshop; fully considering of layout standard and CI.

• Review the actual freight out cost: record and measure the monthly trucking and warehousing cost of all China ports.

  Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree, majored in Management, Economics, International Trade, Logistics, Automotive Engineering is preferred

• Around 3 years’ working experience in relevant field, rich knowledge in Automotive industry and Sales function

• Proactive attitude, stress resistant, diligent and willing to learn

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel & PPT

• Fluent in both oral and written English & Chinese
