Responsibilities:

1 Dealer Network Training Support, Communication & Coordination

• Support, guide and consult PC management in the planning of training requirements for all staff
• Act as single point of contact of Talent Academy towards dealer network in all daily training operations
• Responsible for all regular training course communication to PC staff, including invitation, registration, results communication and further arrangements
• Responsible for Talent Academy related PPN communication & updates towards dealer network
• Support dealer information sharing, training system data analysis, dealer training KPI sharing & monitoring
• Provide training related data / data analysis to TA / TA Management (regular and upon request)

2 Training Planning & Scheduling

• Support TA Sales & After Sales Qualification team in training planning by collecting dealer training requests and needs through Porsche Academy Learning Management System (PALMS 2.0 system) according to planning schedule
• Coordination with Regional Office and Functional Departments for additional training course needs and new dealer staff development trends
• Support training calendar design, set/adjust learning modules and update PALMS 2.0 according to planning
• Internal discussion with TA Operation Team for detail training classroom arrangement

3 Training Events Support & Rollout

Support of new and existing programmes/events such as Product Launch Training, Technical Committee, Recruitment & Certification Programmes with dealer staff information, enrolment, test results communication, feedback collection

4 TA Development & Strategy Implementation Support

• Continuous evaluation of current training planning process and system; propose optimization and provide related future-oriented solutionsto TA management
• Continuous evaluation of TA training/learning portfolio and its market/business fitness; propose optimization to meet market/business needs
• Get familiar with new learning & communication methods and tools during testing / pilot phases to be able to provide support to TA team and dealer network staff in using new methods and tools

Requirements:
Bachelor degree with over 2 years experience in related work.
