Specialist Network Administrator->> Leads a wide array of activities supporting the maintenance of hardware, software systems, and infrastructure to ensure the technological environment. May allocate/coordinate work within a team/project. Leads installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of major network services and network components and follows up on problems to ensure resolution. Leads initiatives as they relate to stability, continuous improvement, lifecycle management, best practices, and service-level agreements. Identifies process weakness and implementation opportunities to further define and execute improved procedures eliminating waste in the technological environment. Ensures appropriate documentation of process and procedure to ensure integrity of technological environment. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred, 6-8 years of experience in internet working and routing between diverse networks required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
