In this role, the Specialist will work in close partnership with the ETF product team and will form part of the team that supports ETF programs. In addition, you will be supporting strategic programs and initiatives across Fund Services that are organizationally aligned under the Head of Digitization and Business Change. Lead/support ETF services product enhancement through agile execution in partnership with technology and operations Ensures that technology, risk, regulations, and market conditions are accounted for throughout the life cycle of developed products. Analyzes complex client / stakeholder requirements and develops solutions working in coordination with multiple teams. Must understand the economics behind products and demonstrate business acumen. Manages relationship with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure different requirements are met during the new product development, enhancement, delivery, strategy, and planning processes. Demonstrates in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of ETFs, the marketplace and client need to drive product growth/development and maximize profitability. Performs technical training, demonstration and develops user guides describing new enhancements. Defines user acceptance criteria for new enhancements Contributes to the achievement of area objectives and profitability of the ETF product. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5+ years of total work experience, Some knowledge of ETF ecosystem, operations, structures, and competitor services/offerings preferred. Experience in Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), Product Management, ETF operations, client management preferred.
