Job Functions 工作职责

Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Site Safety and Environmental compliance工作场所安全和环保

• Develop and maintain a culture of safe working practices through compliance with Company procedures; and

遵守公司安全环保规章制度，自觉维护安全工作的企业文化；

• Ensure materials are shipped appropriately, and import&export activities are in compliance with national and local regulations.

确保物资的运输和进出口符合公司规章制度和国家法律法规。

Distribution 运输管理

• Oversee the timely international and domestic transportation of all raw materials, bulk products and finished goods moving through the global supply chain to international suppliers;

负责原材料、成品国际和国内运输，负责进出口相关证照的办理和清关；

• Ensure that products are distributed in compliance with Good Distribution Practice under recommended transport conditions including full cold-chain delivery where required;

遵守GDP规范，确保物料和成品按指定条件运输，包括冷链运输管理；

• Assure transportation in compliance with company policies, procedures and with local, national, and international government regulations related to shipping, import&export(e.g. Customs, quarantine, cGMP, EPA); and

确保运输和进出口符合核公司、国内、国际法规（如：海关、商检、GMP，环保）；

• Manage freight carriers to ensure optimum quality and delivery at acceptable cost

管理物流服务商以确保公司在合理成本下获得最优质的服务。

Procurement and warehouse support 采购及仓储支持

• Support warehouse receiving and dispatching when needed

支持仓库收发货

• Support purchasing material delivery and return

配合采购物资自提和退货工作

Qualifications 学历

• Diploma Degree in international trade,logistics or relevant major.

大专 国际贸易或物流管理类相关专业。

Essential Experience 主要经历

• Minimum of 2 years of responsibility distribution,import&export

2年及以上物流和进出口操作经验；

• Minimum 2 years experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturer;

2年及以上药厂工作经验；

• Sound knowledge of Good Distribution Practices including PIC/S and US-FDA;

具备GDP相关知识；

• Sound knowledge of local and global regulatory requirements regarding transport of chemicals;

具备国际国内化学品运输管理相关知识；

• Advanced computer system skills including MS Office suite and ERP platform; and

优秀的电脑办公软件和ERP系统使用技能；

• Excellent oral and written communication.

良好的沟通技巧。

Preferred Experience 经验优先

• Import/export of equipment and materials into/out of China;

设备和物料进出口经验；

• Import/export of genetically manipulated cell lines into/out of China;

• Customs affair license

Bioworkshops Suzhou is a biopharmaceutical company with headquarters in Hong Kong which develops first-in-class and best-in-class antibody products for China and the world in collaboration with international partners. We develop and manufacture clinical drug substances and drug products produced by cell culture to international standards. Our Mission is to consistently develop and achieve approval of biologic products faster than anyone else in China through expert application of manufacturing science.
The Company has recently acquired a 28,000 sq. meter building and land in Suzhou and is investing over RMB300M in building state-of-the art development and clinical manufacturing facilities in 2019 and will be well on the way towards our goal of obtaining the first IND approval in 2020.

The founding members of Bioworkshops are industrial veterans from Australia and China who have been starting-up and leading biologics product development companies and biologics manufacturing organizations all over the world for more than 20 years. In the past five years alone, the founding team has successfully developed over 10 new antibody products for US, Australia, and China markets and have completed successful design, build, and start-up of four biologics development and manufacturing centers:
? Clinical and commercial production.
? Inspected for compliance against US-FDA, NMPA, TFDA, and TGA regulations to file CTA/IND and commercial products.
We have quickly established a start-up team and are recruiting more expert staff to exceed 150 employees within the coming year.
