Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the WeChat Service content planning
Define the campaign engagement mechanism, with the coordination with other stakeholders.
Collaborate within Porsche China and external agencies regarding the development of service content to different customer target group
Develop and optimize customer touch points along customer journey by fully leveraging different communication channels
Develop actionable goals for customer experience optimization initiatives based on customer insights results.
Manage the overall customer touch management mechanism (incl. planning, process, platform and so on)
Coordinate with internal departments to achieve the business goals
Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in Marketing or Business administration is preferred.
At least 3 years related experience; experience in Automotive Industry, international experience is a plus.
Proactive attitude highly self-motivated, stress resistant and diligent.
Familiar with MS Office.
Fluent in both oral and written English & Chinese.
