Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the WeChat Service content planning

  • Define the campaign engagement mechanism, with the coordination with other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate within Porsche China and external agencies regarding the development of service content to different customer target group

  • Develop and optimize customer touch points along customer journey by fully leveraging different communication channels

  • Develop actionable goals for customer experience optimization initiatives based on customer insights results.

  • Manage the overall customer touch management mechanism (incl. planning, process, platform and so on)

  • Coordinate with internal departments to achieve the business goals


    Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, major in Marketing or Business administration is preferred.

  • At least 3 years related experience; experience in Automotive Industry, international experience is a plus.

  • Proactive attitude highly self-motivated, stress resistant and diligent.

  • Familiar with MS Office.

  • Fluent in both oral and written English & Chinese.
