• In charge of after service quality and management with relevant process and policies.
• Design for service management process and improvement.
• Ensuring that the service management processes is fit for purpose;
• Making sure the service management process design best fit business.
• Establish and sustain reporting and communication.
• As the contact window between business and tech area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master's degree.
• Above 3 years leadership experience.
• Fluent English and Chinese speaking.
