1. Responsible for managing the Spanish community, including Spanish Telegram, Whatsapp groups, etc., to attract and maintain the participation and interaction of community members.
2. Actively interact with Spanish community members, answer questions, provide support, collect feedback, and promote meaningful discussions and exchanges.
3. Responsible for the recruitment and management of Spanish community administrators.
4. Work with the Spanish team to plan and organize online and offline activities to increase community participation and loyalty.
5. Monitor the dynamics and trends of the community, promptly identify and respond to negative information and events, and maintain the positive image and reputation of the community.
6. Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders, including the development team, marketing team and partners, to jointly promote community development and project promotion.
7. Manage and analyze community data, and develop effective community growth strategies and plans to achieve community goals and business goals.
Skill Requirements
1. Fluent in Spanish, preferably native speaker, and need to be able to communicate in English or Chinese, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
2. Those with experience in Telegram and Whatsapp community management, security, community growth and governance support are preferred.
3. Responsible for the community's new members, activeness and conversion, responsible for the target achievement rate; regularly output community-related data analysis reports and adjust community operation strategies.
4. Optimistic, good at communication, proactive, and team-spirited.
