Job description:

1. Responsible for achieving overall business and market objectives in the assigned region, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met along with customer satisfaction.
2. Plan and manage local partner and client resources, identify opportunities in emerging market segments, and drive business growth.
3. Develop and execute brand promotion activities in collaboration with the marketing team, tailored to local market characteristics, to enhance brand awareness and market share.
4. Oversee market order and ensure the healthy development of local distributors and resellers, establishing a stable and healthy sales channel.

Skill Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Fluent in Spanish, with Spanish as a native language preferred; strong English communication skills are a plus.
3. Experience in managing clients in Spanish-speaking regions.
4. Brand reseller management experience is preferred, especially in the field of intimate products.
5. Experience working with large overseas supermarkets, drugstores, gift shops, or lifestyle chain stores is highly preferred.
