Summary of Responsibilities

The Spa Therapist (Daily Worker) is responsible for performing massage treatments and ensuring individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation while maintaining guest’s comfort at all times.

Qualifications

Candidates for this position must be team players who are genuinely passionate about serving guests, at all times thoughtfully focusing on anticipating and exceeding their expectations and have a minimum of 1 year experience in the same role in a five-star environment. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for success in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment, promoting Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence. To be successful in the job, candidates must be able to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and compliance of established guidelines and standards related to the hotel and communicate excellent English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
