Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for providing all guests and members with customized, personal attention and anticipating guests’

wishes & needs, including but not limited to escorting guests to the appropriate service area (locker room,

massage area, nail stations, fitness area, etc.).

• Support the Spa operations of MGM, including adherence of cleanliness as well as hygiene standards and

help to ensure the functionality and maintenance of all equipment in the treatment areas.

• Assist the Pool Attendants during peak periods.

Job Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel or Casino Resort environment

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Fluent in Mandarin.

• Basic Cantonese and English an advantage.
