The Job

Facilities

• Maintaining the guest spa facilities~refreshing showers, replenishing lockers, keeping the wet facilities clean and tidy
• Assist guests with lockers, introduce the facilities and escort to treatment rooms
• Collecting deliveries, linen and dropping off linen trolleys
• Monitoring stocks inventory and counting
• Work closely with our therapists and concierge team to provide guests with the best experience

Treatment room

• Setting up treatment rooms based on bookings as well as the turn around of the treatment rooms after the treatment.
• Maintaining the treatment room in excellent conditions. 
• Replenishing the relaxation lounges.
• Pick up and drop off laundry.
• Monitoring stocks inventory and counting.
• Work closely with our therapists and concierge team in monitoring the room movement.

The Person

• Must have basic English skills to communicate with guests

Working Hours

• Several straight shift duties, from 05:30am to 11:00pm
