Job Description

Job Summary:  

To be responsible for the Sushi Bar in Country Club and assisting Chef de Cuisine in all his duties.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Vocational Training of Professional Cooking in Japanese Cuisine/Sushi.
  • 5-8 years working experience in Japanese/Sushi restaurant.
  • Good communication skill and be able to communicate effectively with diverse workforce.
  • Initiative and ingenuity are mandatory since the job receives only general supervision. Must have optimistic personality to handle high-pressure environment. Outgoing and ready for effective communication with staff and member.
  • Good common sense for making daily on-the-job decisions.
  • Good command of oral English and Cantonese, fluent in Japanese will be a definite advantage.
  • Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Chef de Partie.

工作簡介:  

於大潭會所負責製作壽司工作及協助主廚處理及製作會所的食品生產。

 

職責及職位要求:

  • 曾接受職業先修或相關專業日式廚藝或壽司製作訓練。
  • 3-8年或以上日式或壽司餐廳經驗。
  • 良好溝通技巧並能與不同部門協調。
  • 能獨立及主動處理工作,性格樂觀及能應付壓力, 外向而且能與會員有效溝通。
  • 能處理突發事件及作出正確回應。
  • 流利英語及粵語會話。能操日語更佳。
  • 經驗較少的應徵者可申請或被考慮為壽司廚師。

工作地點:大潭
