Job Description

日式餐厅

Be responsible for the day to day running of the assigned duties.

负责完成每日职责范围内的任务。

Ensure a professional running of all kitchen sections and has to ensure that agreed quality, hygiene and other standards are kept or surpassed at all times.

确保厨房各部门操作的专业性,并保证厨房内所有工作都达到甚至超过既定的质量及卫生等各方面的所有标准。

Be profitability and cost conscious and needs to be responsible in the daily requisitioning of all food goods.

有盈利意识,时刻注意成本控制,并负责每日的食品定货工作。

Complete detailed checks of the entire Food and Beverage operation during all service periods taking necessary actions to correct any deviation from quality standards.

在整个餐饮服务运营过程中,对所有食品及饮料的制作过程详细检查,并采取必要的措施纠正所有未达到标准的偏差。

Assist in the preparation and control of daily and weekly market lists.

协助准备和控制每日、每周的购货单。

Adhere to any reasonable request or change to working time or area, within the parameters set out by company standards.

对于上级根据公司规定对上班时间及工作区域所做出的合理詷要积极配合。


Good working experience around the world in well known hotels or restaurants at least 7 years.

在知名五星酒店或同等级别餐厅至少7年工作经验。

Good team player and able to work under pressure.

良好的团队合作精神,能够在压力下工作。

Serious, Confident,Takes Initiative,Customer-oriented.

认真自信,积极主动,以客户为导向

Interested in F&B

有意从事服务行业。

Relevant work experience preferred.

有相关工作经验者优先 。

English speaking is preferred.

英语熟练者优先。
