·        Supervise and ensure a smooth food production in the respective area and section assigned

·        Assist the Executive Chef in producing a creative menu and cycle

·        Creating optimum customer satisfaction by providing the highest standard of food quality and presentation

·        Staying current on developing trends in the restaurant industry

·        Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating, and delivery

·        Overseeing operations, including area and equipment maintenance, area cleanliness and food hygiene, and efficiency
