Job Description
1. Manage RFQ, Source new product & supplier to meet business need. Conduct supplier commercial assessment
2. Negotiation for Supplier Agreements, NDA, unit & tooling prices, Payment term, lead time, deliver term etc.
3. Attend Trade Shows to evaluate new product developments and market intelligence.
4. Manage Tender (similar to RFQ) across suppliers and Product manager/Sale team.
5. Work with different functional team to drive cost down opportunities.

Requirements:
1. Good Team work player to demonstrate trust, Respect and cooperation
2. Proven 3+ years working experience in sourcing team or Merchandiser.
3. Familiar with wellness /Medical products supplier base and sourcing tools.
4. Excellent communication skill in listening/understanding/speaking logically and presentation Skill.
5. Knowledge in Quality /Project management process
6. Willing to extensive travel in China
7. Good at Microsoft office /Fluent Verbal English required.
