Responsibility:

1. Collect data and information of suppliers, conduct deep supplier market survey on material in charge, and make purchasing strategy on this basis;

2. Formulate rational supplier selection and evaluation documents;

3. Participate in new product development and establish relevant supply chain;

4. Accept and reply to consultation of Product Dept.;

5. Assist R&D and QC Dept. on visiting suppliers and conducting supplier audit and assessment;

6. Collect raw material price trends; control purchasing cost and date of delivery;

7. Track orders to avoid delivery delay of suppliers;

8. Cooperate with relevant depts to promote continuous improvement of supply chain performance; constantly implement Dual sourcing strategy of core material;

9. Negotiate with suppliers (including mould development, product price, delivery date, manner of packing, quality requirement, confidentiality agreement etc.)

10. Supplier development and business negotiation in Asia for fischer HQ and all subsidiaries products.

11. Report regularly to Managing Director.

Requirement:

Education and experience：

College degree or above; major in machine process or machine design;

5+ years in purchasing field, working experience in fastener industry is a must;

Familiar with processing of fastener products, understand forming and processing of metallic material;

Acquaint with metal surface techniques;

Be able to read machining drawing.

Prefer in SAP experience/multinational purchasing center experience/chemical industry experience;

Skills：

Fluent in written and spoken English;

Proficient in computer applications;

Excellent negotiation skills and abilities;

Outstanding interpersonal communication coordination ability;

Good team-work spirit.

Others：

Adapt to traveling on business; driving license C is a plus;

Strong focus on work and willing to take charge;

Honest, fair, diligent with good professional responsibility;

Be practical and realistic, able to react fast and complete task with high efficiency;
