Job Responsibilities:

• Manage material cost activities including cost analysis, price negotiation and new alternative
• Initiate and execute plans to reduce cost and inventory throughout supply chain
• Define our competitive positioning and keep on top of broader industry developments
• Build a deep understanding of customers’ needs and develop a vision for the direction of the product
• Be a product leader in the company, work with other senior leaders to help set company goals and strategy.
• Collaborate with engineers, product to define, scope, priorities and deliver features across our internal and customer facing products
• Collaborate across disciplines to set and deliver a clear, cohesive product strategy for your area, and balance it with room to source and test exciting new opportunities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in production & sourcing management and knowledge in Kitchen Gadgets
• Self-driven manager to work independently and manage production technicians
• Knowledge of factory operations on the China & product development lifecycle with an eye on detail
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
• Proficient in written Chinese and English, and fluent in Putonghua
• Frequency travel to China is needed
• Immediately available is preferred
