Job description:

1. 对照明设备产品供应商的识别、开发、审计和管理,根据确定的标准,协调与其他部门交付及其余相关问题；

To identify, develop, audit and manage suppliers for Lighting product, as per defined criteria by management and coordinate with other departments for delivery and issues;

2. 根据业务策略，从市场上定期收集数据并向业务部提供更新；

Gather data from the market on a regular basis as per the BU Strategy and update BU on the same;

3. 创造新业务机会并向业务部及采购总经理提出建议；

Create new business opportunities and propose to BU head and GM-Sourcing;

4. 维持及更新供应商详细资料数据，并确认供应商信息。

Maintain and update database for the suppliers’ details， Validate supplier information；

5. 与供应商协商改善商业条款包括规模，材料成本，汇率波动等等；

Negotiate improved commercial terms with suppliers on account of scale, material costs and currency fluctuations;

6. 配合其他部门（质检部，物流部，市场部等）以确保及时送货，及时处理问题，完成包装箱上的工艺；

Coordinate with the other departments(Service, QA, logistics, marketing etc) to ensure timely delivery of products, timely resolution of issues, finalizing artwork of boxes etc;

7. 新产品的整合；

Coordinate for new products；

8. 与质检部共同完成买方规格说明书；

Finalize the buyer specification together with QC department；

Requirements:

• More than 6 years of total experience with minimum 3 years in the field of Project Management or Sourcing of Lighting products
• Communicate skills (Oral/Written) in English.
• Knowledge of all Lighting products; Operations management；Supply chain and logistics；Costing Techniques；
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Coordinate and negotiate skills.
