l Job Description

This role will work as the lead of a sourcing unit and work with overseas Category Manager directly, to drive sourcing, supplier development, and order process to archive business targets of assigned category successfully. Also work with team to achieve team KPI, ensure that all purchasing activities within the company are in compliance with all appropriate ethical, legal and Amazon standards.

1. Execute the strategic plan and drive revenue, efficiency and quality through effective sourcing, according to given RFQ or through analytical approaches and quantitative research, sign off pre-production and production samples, and delivery of orders on time in full.

2. Develop and grow the vendor base to support new product development, stable capacity, on-time delivery and quality improvement etc.

3. Act as the liaison between the assigned sourcing unit and U.S. Category manager. Manage the daily operations of the sourcing team.

4. Assess factories on a continual basis and ensuring their compliance to our demanding standards.

5. Manage and rapidly resolve production and quality assurance issues by working closely with the teams.

6. Achieve agreed business targets with respect to revenue, profit, vendor ethical and technical performance, quality and deliveries.

7. Identify and prioritize new sourcing opportunities

8. Hold vendors accountable to performance agreements and determine the right courses of action when performance standards are missed or at risk.

l The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelor degree holder, major in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Engineering or equivalent

2. At least 8 or more years sourcing experience in international company, of which 3-5 years sourcing management experiences

3. Preferred candidates with sports / outdoor product line experience, preferably has U.S. market experience.

4. Self-starter with motivation and passions to drive the growth of assigned category

5. Excellent communications, negotiation and coordination skills

6. Integrity and trust, strong sense of responsibility, can be work under pressure

7. Good leadership and management skills
