Responsibilities: ？

• Sourcing and conduct quality check on electrical bikes, mechanical products for trailers, marine mechanical part products ？
• Implement the company sourcing process related to all sourcing, purchasing and market research activities ？
• Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies for automotive, electrical bikes and marine products ？
• Seeking on savings by cost analysis, benchmark and negotiation ？
• Draw up and enter contracts with suppliers ？
• Expand the supplier base and manage vendor/supplier relationships ？
• Determine quantity, quality and timing of deliveries and ensure supplier compliance with high CSR and quality standards ？
• Support the director for daily management and process/documentation works ？
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Based in Shenzhen and be able to travel domestic as well as to Sweden ？
• Degree holders in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant disciplines
• 5 years of experience in sourcing and quality check on electrical bikes, mechanical products for trailers, marine mechanical part products, and material experience in electronics, steel, wood and plastics ？
• Related working experience in a multinational corporation or graduated overseas is a plus ？
• High proficiency in English and Chinese ？
• Good communication skills and familiar with western culture ？
• Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to generate large cost reduction savings on stakeholder required quality level of products ？
• Highly analytical with problem solving and multi-task skills ？
• Good team player, a high sense of responsibility with result oriented mindset
