• Responsible for the supplier performance in terms of cost and OTD (on time delivery) of the assigned commodities.
• Responsible for supplier searching, identification and developing of the assigned commodities, including direct and indirect material.
• Responsible for supplier negotiation of pricing, commercial terms and payment term to maximize overall value to business.
• Price analysis (Cost breakdown, Should cost and commodity market trend etc)
• Manage and develop integrated relationships, while evaluating, developing and monitoring vendor capabilities and processes
• Participate in continuous improvement activities that will optimize the supply of materials in an efficient manner
• Continuously look to improvement as philosophy in each daily task.
