Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in solution design, implementation and customer support
- Perform both project management and implementation according to the defined scope of work and
- timescales
- Develop and define the competencies of implementation service to combine with cloud services
- Build and maintain client relationships by building strong and open working relationships
- Partner with the sales team, formulate and execute a sales strategy to make revenue
- Work closely with technical team on resolving problem with upstream providers
- Resolve issues in accordance with the service level agreement
- Maintain technical and reference documents
The ideal person:
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in cloud service and implementation project
- Familiar with Hong Kong IT and Telecommunications industry and market, exposure in China and other Asia markets is a plus
- Solid experience on Windows server and Linux administration
- Experience on SQL server and Oracle Database administration, performance tuning, operation, public cloud and private cloud platform is preferred
- Knowledge on cloud products like Azure, AWS and O365
- Strong IT-infrastructure technical skills around server platforms, storage technologies, virtualization and networking
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is also preferred
- Work during non-office hour for on-site projects occasionally
