Job Description & Summary

A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our System Architecture team helps build customisable specific system solutions that enhance PwC’s system capabilities to appropriately serve all client needs. As part of the team, you’ll use enterprise architecture across application areas to build delivery models that map PwC capabilities to business needs outlined by clients.

Responsibilities •Analyze end-to-end technical solutions in line with IT strategy; •Work closely with local and remote IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of technical solutions, and implement system solutions; •Write professional comprehensive documentation; including but not limited to solution design, system design, architecture design etc.; •Perform and review application development; •Work with the Project to support end-to-end application implementation services and project delivery; •Explore and recommend new technologies to improvements to existing IT services; •Research, conceive, and develop software tools, applications, services and platforms to extend and improve on firm internal systems; •Create robust high-volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly; •Develop software tools, applications, services to extend and improve on firm internal systems; and •Study new technologies to improvements to existing IT services. Requirements •Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines; •5 years+ working experience in solution advisory, software design, development and experience is preferable; •Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills; strong business sense and good business writing skills; •Ability to maintain effective communication and good relationships with team members; •Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; •Excellent organizational and time management skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure; •Experience in Microsoft SQL, Microsoft.Net, Mongo, AngularJS, Bootstrap, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Web API, Neo4j and Node.js; and •Experience in iOS - iPhone & iPad / Android would be an advantage.
