The Software Manager requires a hands-on approach to their work and is responsible for leading and
developing highly-skilled developers, who deliver value to the customers and the organization. The
Software Manager must be highly technical (at a code level) and lead projects across a predominantly
Microsoft .NET stack, across multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet, etc.). This role provides a variety of
challenges across multiple projects, with the responsibilities that will influence the future technical direction
of the department.
