Overview:
iSoftStone is looking for a Software Project Coordinator to join the Worldwide Services department in our Beijing Headquarters. You will be responsible for carrying out the software support process for our delivery teams. You will collaborate with project and software teams based both in office and remotely. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a dynamic and fast-moving development environment, on cutting edge projects within our department.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the software development team and coordinate all software development projects on site
- Act as one of the key liaisons in the department between our clients, developers and end users, to translate our raw requirements into efficient software results
- Identify potential issues and risks in projects and communicate these to the development team on time
- Formulate requirements into simple but rigorous requests which can be easily understood by developers, including succinct instructions and screenshots as necessary
- Monitor and maintain the project and platform software, occasional evening work may be necessary for these tasks
- Determine opportunities for continuous improvement of software and corresponding interfaces to support the future growth of the department
- Seek constantly to improve software processes to guarantee the success of our projects

Qualifications:
- Working English proficiency: it is important that you can understand English at a working level in all three areas, written, verbal and listening, however we are not seeking a native speaker, and accent is no problem
- Chinese proficiency is a plus
- Broad understanding of a range of software systems
- Basic knowledge of SQL database
- Basic knowledge of programming skills (ASP.NET or Java)
- Basic knowledge of web programming familiar with jQuery, JQuery EasyUI, Json, Ajax
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, to develop working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Self-starter, problem solver, able to analyze problems and give solutions which are in line with our business plan
- Enthusiasm to work in a global, fast-moving team
- Bachelor degree required, in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field of study. At least two years of working experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
