Microsoft Development Center Copenhagen with its focus on Supply Chain Management is at the center of this amazing product portfolio. With core strengths in manufacturing, warehousing and end to end supply chain management, we are ready to deliver the next set of game changing features and products that our customers are looking forward to. As a part of this journey you will get a chance to work collaboratively with many colleagues all-across the world improving the quality and robustness of existing services and enabling new scenarios by designing, developing and ensuring utmost code quality to the point of Microsoft perfection.
Responsibilities
As a Software Development Engineer, you will work with relatively large a team of awesome engineers to deliver the next set of product functionality and experiences with extreme robustness and quality through well-established patterns such as Agile, ATDD etc. You will be expected to bring fresh and new perspectives and get to a hyper-speed delivery mode by learning and expanding on the product and the engineering practices of the team. You will have to design, code and test as well as learn and teach others. You need to be a great team player and enjoy participating in a company culture where growth mindset is at the center and your individual results and contribution to the success of others are equally valued.
Tasks include:
- Making sure that the customers can run their business with utmost efficiency with 99.9% uptime.
- Coding high quality product features along with automated tests.
- Validating and improving the performance of business processes.
- Interacting with our customer and partner community and aiding on customer cases.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid coding experience in an object-oriented language.
- English on business level.
- Analytical and quality focused.
- Passionate about solving challenging problems.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
It is a plus if:
- You have an X++ background
- You have worked with Microservices, ML and AI.
- You have experience in Agile and DEVOPS model.
- Prior experience in ERP or Supply Chain Management.
