Key job duties

1. Providing VCT services to gay and bisexual men, youth and heterosexual men
2. To be responsible for volunteers development for our VCT services
3. To be responsible for training and coaching for VCT volunteers to ensure the quality of VCT
4. Providing counselling for the wellbeing of clients    

We are seeking candidates who are/have

• Degree holder or above in Public Health, Social Work, Counselling, Social Science or related disciplines with 1-2 years working experience. (Less experience will be considered as Assistant Prevention Officer)
• Knowledge about STIs/HIV issues , and MSM community would be an advantage
• Have experience in project management
• Presentation and communication and analytical skills
• Open-minded, a good team player, and being able to form collaborations among various stakeholders
• Genuine interest in developing a long-term career with NGO and serving the community with minority interest
• Fluent in English, Cantonese. Mandarin a plus
