Job Description
iSoftStone is looking for an Social Media Recruiter to join our Worldwide Service Department in our Beijing Headquarters. The social media recruiter will be responsible to explore the social media and to build strong supporting network to communicate specific job vacancies into right niches present in online media.
As a member of the recruiting team, you will have the opportunity to ensure our department is functional and operating accordingly fulfilling all project requirements.

Job Description:
- Utilize Internet for recruitment.
- Manage global job and sourcing platforms
- Use social media to promote new jobs and communicate the positives of working for our company and to answer follower questions about working for, or applying to jobs.
- Creates the social media recruitment strategy
- Explores important recruitment niches
- Finds important communication and discussions topics to increase the online presence of the organization
- Measures the social media performance in the recruitment area
- Manage applications and communicate with applicants
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.

Qualifications:
- Good English level
- Excellent writing skills
- Social Media Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
- Networking Skills (internal and external)
- Web literate
- Comfortable with flexible working schedules and overtime
- Professional in manner and presentation
- Experience working remotely with a dynamic, global team.
- Exceptional planning skills
- Self-motivated

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree
- Short experience in recruiting preferred
