【Key Responsibilities】
1. Design and continuously evolve a social media strategy that is global in its reach but local in its execution that grows brand, engagement, reaches target audience and, as a result, increases conversion
2. Lead social media content calendar planning, copywriting and posting
3. Oversee production of all social media creative assets
4. Work closely with Product, Sales and Marketing teams as well as external partners to support their marketing initiatives
5. Understand social media trends and best practices (including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube)
6. Analyze, review and report on social media performance, including key insights for the executive team and recommendations on ongoing improvements.
7. Research and cultivate relationships with key outdoor/RV influencers and bloggers on YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook.
8. Manage and improve Renogy affiliate program to increase sales.
【Requirements】
1.social media experience in B2C (B2B experience is a plus) .
2.Strong and proven expertise in digital marketing mandatory .
3.Confident, self-driven, with good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a cross functional multicultural environment .
4.Fluent English mandatory.
