Job Description
职位描述:
1. Based on business objectives, position social media platforms. In line with marketing and business strategy, initiate social media strategy, from planning to execution.
2. Design, create and manage promotions, being sure to integrate with company's overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
3. Source, identify and build partnership with paid social platforms, KOLs and related advocates in a holistic social marketing management.
4. Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers.
5. Working with internal/external team to create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast).
6. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
7. Set up metrics to measure social performance. Actively track the effectiveness of social medias. Optimization plan based on data analytics.
8. Regularly monitor social media trends, insights, new social approaches and competitor activities.
9. Regularly reports.
职位要求:
1. 3+ years in social media marketing.
2. Retail or IT company background is a plus.
3. University degree or above.
4. Proactive, open minded and good communication skills.
5. Creativity and imagination. Passion for exploring.
6. Business sense and result driven.
7. Good project and campaign management experience to make sure all works are on track. Ability to handle multi-tasks.
