As a Smart Power Engineering Trainee - Manufacturing you will be responsible for implementing various test methods and standards to ensure performance and quality. Acting with safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity to assure that products and systems meet stated requirements and make customers satisfied, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will provide support to production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plan and training relevant maintenance and production resource.

Your responsibilities

• Assigning three rounds of Rotation. A mentor will be appointed to you during the whole rotation journey. There will be 1 tutor for each round of rotation
• Finishing the assignment from the Mentor and 3 tutors. 1 of the 3 rotations will be in another location. Positions might be related to Quality Control (PQC/CQS), Engineering (IE/Process Engineer/Maintenance), or Planning & Fulfillment
• Implementing various test methods and standards to ensure performance and quality. Acting with safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity to assure that products and systems meet stated requirements and make customer satisfy
• Managing assigned customer quality issues and ensuring they are resolved in an efficient & timely manner
• Ensuring the production process complies with the project target. Approving the design for a process developed internally or externally and perform a final test concerning the project
• Providing support to production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plan and training relevant maintenance and production resource
• Supporting profitable growth by ensuring the accurate tactical planning of our demand and our operations, optimizing inventory and resource management, and the perfect fulfillment of customers’ orders

Your background

• A fresh graduate (or within 1-year social working experience) with a bachelor’s degree above (master’s degree preferred)
• Major in Electric Engineering or Communication Engineering/Software/ AI/Automation/Electrical Systems/ Electrical/Mechanical
• Graduates with combined Engineering and Business Studies degrees are highly welcome
• Self-driven, initiative, ambitious, curious with a wide area of interest, and willing to explore
• Team players who are flexible and open to new ideas
• High learning agility and analytical capability
• Excellent English language proficiency in both speaking and writing
