We are looking for a highly dynamic individual with good relationship and
communication skills along with executive level business acumen and channel
experience.
As our EMEA Smart Collaboration Channel Lead you will be responsible for:
• The EMEA Channel Strategy
• Building out and managing a team
• Driving revenue, profit, executive channel partner relationships and
customer satisfaction
• Managing and maintaining channel account relationships through executive
level engagements, by also developing strategies for enhancing channel sales,
as well as understanding and communicating industry trends.
•Engaging with extended Lenovo teams and working with the Lenovo sales and
channel organization.
• Positioning Lenovo's product and channel value proposition, by producing
accurate account plans, sales forecasts and ensuring sales activity is tracked
using the required reporting tools.
• Providing creative ideas to drive key Lenovo Smart Collaboration solutions-
a truly dynamic role!
You will report to the Head of EMEA Smart Collaboration based in Italy.
#### Position Requirements:
• Minimum 7-10 years of proven track record of channel management in the IT
industry (software and hardware) or AV industry
• Demonstrated team building experience, leadership and ability to manage
multiple complex sales engagements concurrently
• Have entrepreneurial attitude that is imaginative, passionate and
approachable
• Ability to manage a remote team
• Knowledge at EMEA level of the AV Resellers, Distribution, UC technologies
is preferred
