iSoftStone is searching for a Six Sigma consultant to train team members and assist in driving process improvement initiatives in our Worldwide Services department. The role will include training a handful of employees in a structured Six Sigma curriculum, and mentoring them through the application of tools in our IT services projects.

Job Description:

- Introduce Six Sigma concepts to a dozen of our key staff in a first stage of training
- Continue to develop and mentor key staff members, including our Process Excellence team, to achieve Green and Black Belt status
- Assist our process team to run Six Sigma projects confidently on a number of different areas of our business, including deliverable projects
- Help to establish generic Six Sigma documentation which can be applied in the future to any business area

Qualifications:

- Must have experience putting Six Sigma in IT or services industry
- Must be certified Six Sigma Black Belt from a reputed certifying body
- Experienced also in LEAN Six Sigma preferred
- Full working proficiency in English – you will deliver training in English
- Experience training individuals and designing a training program for Six Sigma
- Strong knowledge of quality principles and techniques
- Hands on experience in project management tools and analytic tools
- Great communication and training skills
- Clear aptitude towards change management
- Previous consultancy experience
