• University degree in Architecture / Engineering / Building Surveying is required.
• Minimum 8 years post graduate experience. Project management experience of new built projects and at least 6 years of experience in private practice.
• Practice experience with minimum 5 years in the capacity of a consultant and/or Contractor side Project Manager during construction phase is highly preferred. Client side Project Manager experience will also be considered.
• Coordination skill to resolve site technical issues and experience in statutory site supervision works are pre-requisite.
• Good writing skills and proficiency in reporting documentation is essential.
• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 4# or above in English Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
