Jobs and Duties

• Manage a building work within budget and set timeline with a quality that satisfy a client
• Understand a contract and tender and the scope of works
• Coordinate and organize the subcontractor works, materials and equipment needed
• Able to monitor the workmanship
• Develop a work program and a strategy for making the project happen
• Prepare the site and liaise with other construction professionals before building works starts
• Have a strong sense for safety and site management
• Be familiar with the Building Ordinance, A&A procedure, minor works items and procedure and relevant works requirements for different requirements
• Prepare action plans for the possible risks and changes
• Able to read and draft plans for different government departments
• Ensure all assigned responsibilities in accordance with the Company quality procedures
• Building Services Discipline preferred

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Studies, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience high-end interior contracting
• Conversant with interior fitting-out nature / surveying, A&A work and Minor Works contractual documents are advantages
• Knowledge of site measurement, quantity surveying & quality control process is preferred.
• Good communication and site management skills
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good command in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiar with Auto-CAD or Micro-Station or BIM and MS Project
• Holder of valid HK driving license is an advantage
• Willing to work under pressure
