工作职责 Principal Accountabilities：

1. 严格执行制定好的现场检验标准，流程和步骤；负责根据旭格标准进行常规工作现场的安装质量检验；

Strictly enforce the on-site inspection standards, procedures and steps；Regular job-site inspection of installation quality according to Schueco standards;

2. 负责根据旭格标准进行常规车间现场的加工质量检验；

Regular workshop inspection of fabrication quality according to Schueco standards;

3. 为视觉样板/测试样板样品的生产和安装，以及测试提供技术支持；

Technical support for fabrication and installation of VMU/PMU samples and testing;

4. 每周完成施工现场和生产现场的检验报告； 上传至CPS并汇报给区域销售总监和技术副总监；

Weekly written jobsite or fabrication inspection report; upload into CPS and reported to Regional Sales Director and Deputy Technical Director;

5. 记录并向区域销售总监和技术副总监汇报在生产和安装方面任何不寻常或可疑行为；

Record and report any unusual or suspicious practices during fabrication or installation to RSD and DTD;

6. 完成区域销售总监安排的其他工作。

Other duties assigned by Regional Sales Director.

1. 大学及以上学历，土木工程, 建筑工程等相关专业毕业；

University degree or above, major in Civil Engineering, Architecture and other related majors;

2. 至少3年在建筑行业项目现场检查的工作经验；

At least 3 years’ working experience on project site inspection in construction industry;

3. 具有铝合金门窗系统知识，有幕墙经验者优先；

Knowledge background of aluminum window/door system, facades is in priority;

4. 熟悉国际和国家建筑和安装标准；

Must know international and national building and construction standards;

5. 具有良好的沟通及协调能力；能适应长期出差；

Good communication and coordination skills; Be able to accept a long-time business trip;

6. 有一定的英语能力，大学英语4级或同等水平。

Good at English, CET 4 or equivalent level.
